3. DIRECT PURCHASES FROM RELIABILITY EYE

Print Books

Customers who purchase print books directly from Reliability Eye may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The book must be in resalable condition.
  • No excessive wear, damage, markings, or missing pages.
  • Original packaging is preferred where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Once the returned book is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted where permitted by law.

4. E-BOOKS, AUDIOBOOKS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Unless required by applicable law:

  • White Papers
  • Digital Downloads
  • Training Materials
  • Digital Learning Programs
  • Downloadable Resources

are generally non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has occurred.

are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Reliability Eye publications may be available through third-party retailers, marketplaces, distributors, bookstores, wholesalers, and digital platforms.

  • Ingram Distribution Partners
  • Regional Retailers

Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms.

Reliability Eye cannot process refunds for purchases completed through external sellers.

Customers must contact the original seller or marketplace directly.

7. BOOKSTORE RETURNS

For approved bookstores, resellers, wholesalers, and retail partners:

Eligible print books may be returned within 90 days (3 months) from the original invoice date.

Conditions include:

  • Books must be in saleable condition.
  • Books must have been purchased directly from Reliability Eye or approved distribution channels.
  • Prior authorization may be required.
  • Freight and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the returning party unless otherwise agreed.

Approved bookstore returns may be credited or refunded at:

A restocking and handling deduction of up to 25% may apply.

Reliability Eye reserves the right to reject damaged, unsaleable, outdated, or unauthorized returns.

8. LIBRARY RETURNS

Library sales may follow industry-standard library distribution practices similar to those commonly used by global library distributors and wholesalers.

Library returns may be governed by:
