Includes books, journals, articles, reports, white papers, case studies, training materials, videos, images, graphics, databases, metadata, software, audio, educational resources, certifications, and related materials.
"ARLYTIC™"
The Company's proprietary content assessment, analytics, screening, and workflow technology.
"Services"
All products, subscriptions, educational programs, publishing services, advertising services, technology services, and related offerings.
SECTION 4 — ELIGIBILITY
You represent and warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- Information provided is accurate and truthful.
- You possess authority to act on behalf of organizations where applicable.
- Your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws.
- You will not engage in prohibited conduct.
The Company reserves the right to deny access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
SECTION 12 — AI CONTENT POLICY
Reliability Eye prioritizes professional integrity and content authenticity.
The Company may reject content that:
- Is predominantly AI-generated
- Uses AI-generated images without disclosure
- Uses AI paraphrasing to disguise authorship
- Uses fabricated AI-generated citations
- Uses synthetic research findings
SECTION 13 — ARLYTIC™ SCREENING
ARLYTIC™
A proprietary technology owned by ARRELIC RELIABILITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
ARLYTIC™ may assist with:
- Originality assessment
- Similarity detection
- Metadata verification
- Publication integrity review
- AI content indicators
- Quality indicators
The Company is not required to disclose screening methodologies, scoring criteria, thresholds, internal workflows, or evaluation results.

Intellectual Property & Commerce
SECTION 18 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Reliability Eye, ARRELIC RELIABILITY PRIVATE LIMITED, and their licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property associated with the Platform.
Such intellectual property includes but is not limited to:
- Books, Journals, Articles
- Research Reports, White Papers
- Training Manuals, Digital Learning
- Educational Frameworks
- Certification Systems
- Databases, Metadata
- Software, APIs, Source Code
- Visual Designs, Logos
- Publishing Systems, Workflows
- AI Systems, Analytics
- Educational Methodologies
- Business Processes
SECTION 20 — TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS
Registered Marks Include:
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Certain services require payment. These may include:

Users agree to pay all applicable fees, provide accurate billing information, and maintain valid payment methods. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Legal Framework & Governance
SECTION 46 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARRELIC RELIABILITY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

SECTION 48 — INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARRELIC RELIABILITY PRIVATE LIMITED, Reliability Eye, Directors, Officers, Employees, Contractors, Editors, Reviewers, Advisors, Technology Providers, Distribution Partners, and Affiliates from claims arising from:
- User misconduct
- Content submissions
- Intellectual property disputes
- Policy violations
- Legal violations
- Regulatory actions
including reasonable legal fees and costs.
SECTION 53 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Conflict-of-law principles shall not apply where prohibited.
SECTION 54 — JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Odisha, India. Users expressly consent to such jurisdiction.
